Listen to Thirty Seconds to Mars on iHeartRadio

It turns out Jared Leto wasn't quite finished with his victory lap.  At Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, the Oscar-winning actor was once again honored for his work in Dallas Buyers Club with a popcorn trophy for Best On-Screen Transformation.  And again Leto took the opportunity to bring attention to the fight against AIDS.

Leto also thanked all of his Thirty Seconds to Mars fans, noting that the "Echelon" probably had a lot to do with his winning the fan-voted award.

The rocker returned later in the ceremony to give Mila Kunis the Best Villain trophy for Oz the Great and Powerful, while other winners included Jonah Hill, Orlando Bloom, and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

The Los Angeles event also featured performances from Twenty One Pilots, Ellie Goulding and Zedd, and Eminem and Rihanna.
