Ocmulgee National Monument will host the 26th Annual Ocmulgee Indian Celebration September 16 and 17. This cultural experience provides an opportunity to interact with people from all of the Southeastern Native cultures, as well as representatives of other tribes throughout the nation. Over 300 Native People, artists, dancers, storytellers, musicians, and historic lifestyle demonstrators will share their cultures.
The Celebration is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days. $6 for adults, $3 for children 6 to 12 & military with ID, & children under 6 are free.
We will have additional parking at the Macon-Bibb Health Department at 171 Emery Hwy with free shuttle service-recommended for handicap parking.
