Before Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo join P!NK's "Summer Carnival" tour on select dates this summer, one of the most powerful couples in rock history gave fans a taste of what to expect at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards. On Monday, March 27th, Benatar and Giraldo helped honor this year's Icon Award Recipient, P!NK, with a special cover of one of her earliest hits, "Just Like A Pill" from her 2001 album Missundaztood. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers were also joined by Kelly Clarkson in honoring P!NK.

Benatar rocked a cool leather jacket and sparkly pinstriped pants, and Giraldo looked dapper in a black suit while they rocked out to the song. P!NK approved of the cover as she sang and bopped along from the audience. Eventually, the 2023 iHeartRadio Icon walked through the crowd and joined everyone on the stage to sing a beautiful duet with Kelly Clarkson.

Hosted by Lenny Kravitz, this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrated the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2022.
